Hello,
I would like to create a form where each question is mapped to an entrepreneur profile.
1) At the end of the form, people would receive their dominant profile (the one with the most responses), either on a single page or as a PDF.
2) I would also like to offer the option of seeing both dominant profiles (in the results or as a percentage of the 5 profiles).
3) A free version (10 questions) and a paid premium version (35 questions) would be offered. Is this possible?

To calculate scores, you can add several formulas to the form, each of which will calculate a different profile. Based on this data, you can display different results, hide or show additional fields, and so on.
