Is there a way to set a multiple choice question, and cap how many times each response is chosen?

The use case I am looking at is creating a form for conference attendees to choose their sessions at an in-person event, and each session as a room capacity. So once the capacity has been met, no more people can choose that option.

Would this be possible?
