I use forms for expense report submission where the users need to upload their receipts. Is there a way to increase the storage space even by paying an additional fee?

Also, do the users need to input everytime their info or can the system store the data in a cookie so that when the user submits another expense report thier name, phoen and email are already recognized and input into the form
