Q: Plugin or Hosted & Spam

Hi, I have two questions about this:

1. Is this a plugin or is it hosted on your own site?
2. Is there any way to block spam submissions through the contact form? When I looked at it, I could not see any recaptcha, any requirement to confirm email, nothing that would block spam submissions.

I see that in your website, you have limit on "Number of form loads per month". What about appsumo plan? does it have unlimited form loads per month? I understand, submit is 1000 per month. I am asking about "Form Loads". Why I ask you this question is many times the appsumo founders omit certain information (for eg. the founder of "Blue.app" is being horrendously thrashed online for this scam), and then once the deal ends say "no where in the deal we mentioned that there will be unlimited form loads" . Kindly clarify this.

I don't see info on how many domains FormDesigner can be configured to work with. Is there a limit? Can I invite clients to manage their specific forms only, if need be? Thank you!
Is it possible to add users who can edit a specific form? In other words, users who can not only view the data but also add, remove, or modify fields?
