Q: Plugin or Hosted & Spam
Hi, I have two questions about this:
1. Is this a plugin or is it hosted on your own site?
2. Is there any way to block spam submissions through the contact form? When I looked at it, I could not see any recaptcha, any requirement to confirm email, nothing that would block spam submissions.

Our web forms run on our server. We also have a ready-made WordPress plugin, but the form will still be loaded from our server.
As for spam protection, we have everything covered. You can enable both reCAPTCHA and form submission confirmation via email notifications.
