As a travel agency, we collect payment details using signed credit card authorization forms along with copies of customer IDs and the front and back of their credit cards. This process allows us to submit payments directly to our suppliers rather than processing them ourselves with Stripe or PayPal.

Also, what is your data‑retention policy? Once I’ve downloaded a copy of the completed form, is the data deleted on your end as well?
