My favourite form maker by a long shot. (and I have used many) Form Designer Pro is feature rich and easy to use. The platform has well designed ready made templates. The forms are feature rich with features such as quiz functionality, calculators, redirects, logic functionally, embed your own JavaScript code, custom domains, Google places api... almost everything I seem to need is available.

Support is superb and when I have needed technical help it has been fast and concise. Form Designer Pro has gone beyond my expectations and after trying so many other form builders this is one hidden gem I am so glad I found.
