I do RV rentals and vacation house rentals. I am wondering if I can make a form that will allow me to make these kinds of forms. See below for an example.

Last Name
Email
Phone Number
Date Check In
Date Check Out
Services you want included for additional price
Check out (payment)
Submission

I then want these requests to get sent to my email, once I review them and confirm there is no overlap I book them.
Is this possible to create?

Also, wondering if I can somehow include not bookable days when they are choosing the day to book "check in" or "check out"
