Q: Are these missing features and limitations of the platform?
Hi —
I’m really enjoying the platform, but as I go deeper, I’m seeing some critical gaps. Can you clarify whether these are limitations or roadmap items? I might also be overlooking some platform settings that need to be enabled/disabled?
• Limit one response per user/device (critical for survey integrity to reduce survey spamming)
• Background image upload inconsistencies
• Intermittent login/server issues; “Publish” button greyed out

- Limit one response per user/device - on our roadmap (dates to be confirmed).
- Email sender - Currently you can customize the name of the sender, but the email domain of the sender is not customizable. Other branding/link related improvements, which you have mentioned will be available in the next couple of months.
Regarding background image upload, Publish button - Please contact our team at [email protected] with your account email address and screenshot/video and our team will be happy to assist.

I want to emphasize that limiting one response per user/device is not a minor feature — it’s essential for maintaining survey integrity, especially for contests and lead-generation use cases.
Without this safeguard, it becomes difficult to deploy Formly in revenue-generating scenarios where duplicate entries must be prevented. I appreciate the transparency.
