Hello,
I would like to create a form where each question is mapped to an entrepreneur profile.
1) At the end of the form, people would receive their dominant profile (the one with the most responses), either on a single page or as a PDF.
2) I would also like to offer the option of seeing both dominant profiles (in the results or as a percentage of the 5 profiles).
3) A free version (10 questions) and a paid premium version (35 questions) would be offered. Is this possible?

Note - PDF copy includes responses to all questions and can also be sent to respondent in the email notifications as well.

2. Yes, you can show overall score and score for each profile (Category-wise scores in percentage/number format) as well. Also, you can show scores in Charts/different colors (e.g. red, orange, and green etc) to respondent based on values.
