Q: Checking a couple of things before purchase
- Can one create their own form template ?
- If Yes, Can one upload or create a Registration Form that has a liability release waiver that needs to be signed and a consent release that needs to be signed as well?
- Once the Registration Form is ready, can one embed the registration form in their business website or offer a link on their business website where people can click on the link to go fill out the registration form and sign for both the liability waiver and the consent release and once they sign it, the form will reset to be used again by another person .. can this be done with Formly ??
- I don't see it but does Formly offers custom subdomain - Cname .. for example formly.yourdomain.com
Also, If I want to buy and use Formly for 2 different businesses .. am I ok with Tier 1? just want to make sure ...
