Q: custom Email notifications don ´t work

I have tear3,
the custom email with the custom fields is not sent. It always sends the standard email. Why?

I didn't see this anywhere in the product description. This is the message that appeared. Mostly, I need to ask more than 15 questions. What are my options please?
