I'm seriously considering this tool. I want to use Formly to translate a complex psychological test online. I'm wondering how (and if your tool allows it) I could be the administrator and creator of the test, but the psychologists would be responsible for distributing it directly to clients. I sell (e.g., through my website) a psychologist 10 accesses to the test for their 10 clients. They send a link (personalized for each client?) to the client, the client takes the test, and a report with the results (PDF) is generated. Either the psychologist or I, as the administrator (not the target client), receives it directly. I believe Agolix offers something similar. I'm wondering if this would be possible in this form with you (if yes, which tier?). I'd be very grateful for any information!

Nov 28, 2025A: Every form/test has a unique web address (URL), which you can send to psychologists to distribute to their clients. Currently it is not possible to personalized link for each client but you can restrict number of responses (e.g. Max 10 responses from Psychologist/clients) for each form/test.
You can send emails (including PDF response) to yourself, psychologist (team members) and respondents and even make them conditional based on form responses.
