Apr 20, 2026A: Yes — you can create a form with a File upload field, share the link or embed it on your site, and receive the uploaded documents through form submissions report and also in the email notifications.
How many forms can be uploaded at once? I currently have five but their system doesn't seem to be working any longer. Thank you

The account I have is not formly. I’m asking if Formly can do what I currently have where I embed on my side in a button which allows clients to upload up to five documents and then I receive an email alert of the documents being uploaded with Links to the docs in the email? Thank you
Currently one file (Max 10 MB) can be uploaded per question. But you can have unlimited file upload questions in each form.
Also, Respondent can upload Zip file (containing multiple files).
