Can I create forms for my agency's clients and how many of those clients can I have in a tier3 plan?

Forms can be completely white labelled using your/client logo including custom domain for each form.
Admin/form authoring screens will have our branding/logo.
There are no restriction on number of forms/workspaces in a tier3 plan.
Currently, Account Owner and Admin can access All Workspaces, Forms and Results. Individual workspace level permissions will be available in the future (dates to be confirmed).

So for each form, I can assign a different email address to which form responses will be sent. Did I understand this correctly?
I saw , that responses will be sent in the form of a pdf file but what about the forms to which you need to attach a file?

Yes, you can assign a different email address to which form responses will be sent.

In PDF, attached files in the form will be shown as links and you can download files by clicking on the link.
