Q: Free account & Upgrade
I would like to know if I can create a free account on formly and still be connected to Appsumo when I upgrade to $99?
AND
When I want to upgrade from $99 to Next Plan $198 do I Pay the difference of full amount?

2. When you want to upgrade from $99 to Next Plan $198, you only need to buy one additional code ($99) and you will be upgraded to next plan (Plan 2/Tier 2).
