Q: I want to create a lead gen quiz that helps companies assess their marketing strategy.
For example, if they answer a question one way, they might get 1 (beginner), 3 (intermediate) or 5 (advanced) points, where the points are added up at the end.
Very generally, I want to give them results like — you're a beginner, you're intermediate, you're advanced and here's what you should do next.
Will Formly help me do this? Thanks.

Jun 13, 2024A: You can create quiz by assigning score for each option (e.g. A=1, B=2, C=3 etc in each question) using Calculator and then show relevant thank you screens based on the options selected or total scores using visibility logic.

Also, you can send conditional email notifications based on score/options selected.

Note - Currently it is not possible to have category wise score or automatically show the results based on the most selected option. This will be available in Q3-2024.
