Hi there! What I need is something a bit different. It should be that after the user selects their options, it can be just one checkbox or several ones, I get a number (imagine that each choice has a number applied to it), and depending on that number (sum), I show the text belonging to that result. Of course, the client will get a final result at the end of the Quiz. But that text should not be displayed until the user clicks the next button. And by the way, could I apply a number to each question and then, in the end, show a conclusive result text based on the sum? That's the goal of the Quiz I need to do. Let me know!

You can assign points/numbers to each option then show different Thank you screen/results screen based on the total score.

Currently it is possible to show text after each answer based on single selection. It is not possible to combine different options and show different text.
