Q: Integration with Power Automate (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and use of hidden fields with URL parameters
Hi Formly Team,
We’re thinking about implementing automated post-purchase satisfaction surveys using Formly + Power Automate. Our client uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 and we aim to trigger a flow 3 days after each order. That flow would generate a unique Formly link with URL parameters (e.g., ?name=John&order=1234) and send it via email.
Can you confirm:
1. Is Formly compatible with Power Automate for sending dynamic URLs externally?
2. Can it capture URL parameters into hidden fields and store them with submissions?
3. Can it trigger conditional email alerts (e.g., if rating is 3 or below)?
4. Can it identify submissions uniquely using the data passed through those parameters?
5. How would you recommend setting this up?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your previous response.
We’re exploring how to implement post-purchase satisfaction surveys. Our system determines when a specific order is ready to be evaluated, and we want to send a unique survey per order, allowing the customer to know which order they are rating.
Since URL-based pre-filling isn’t available yet, is there any alternative way to achieve this with Formly?
Sorry, currently it is not possible to achieve this within Formly.
