Q: Unable to activate my AppSumo deal
I’m unable to activate my AppSumo deal for this product. The activation process doesn’t work, and the in-app support chat (Intercom) doesn’t respond. I’ve also emailed the support team but haven’t received any reply.
Could someone please guide me on the process to resolve this?
