Q: Unique ID numbers in confirmation emails?
For faster check-in process, I need to assign unique short ID numbers for every person who submits the form. This number should be available in his confirmation email. Is there any way to make it possible with this software? Thank you.

Jan 10, 2025A: You can possibly recall Response id (system generated - 6 digit) in the confirmation email.
Note - Currently this Response id can be seen in PDF file name and can be recalled in the confirmation email text. Response id is not available in CSV(Excel)/HTML exports.
Another option is to use other application to send out email after the form data is available in your connected Google sheet.
