Q: What is considered a workspace?

What does a workspace mean? Is that the same as a folder for a new client? If so, can we archive the workspace when done so that it does not count against our workspace limits?

A: Yes, workspace is same as a Folder for a new client/specific area of business. You can create workspace/folder named "Archive" and move all archived forms under this one workspace.

Note - Currently Account Owner and Admin can access All Workspaces, Forms and Results. Individual workspace level permissions will be available in the future (dates to be confirmed). If you just want to share results with clients/team members then that is currently possible, please see help link below.

If I move all old forms into an Archive Workspace, the workspace still counts against the limit though, right? I was hoping for a way that it wouldn't since we don't actually use this Archived workspace.

Yes, Archive Workspace also counts against the limit.
