I just created my first survey and I must say, its good. Love all the features especially the logic branching.

Note:
When the phone number field is required, users can still skip without entering their phone number.
The matrix field should allow for header labelling.
Also, there should be a field where users can add items click on a plus and add another item.

Few addtions:
- Super admin, admin and contributor roles should be added
- Restrict admins to certain workspcaes.
- Restrict contibutors to only see results
- Design and share quiz certificate to users based on their score
- For Quiz, if there is a way users can have a gamified dashbaord. I know this a long shot but this can also tie into the my previous point.
- restrict users from leaving a page during a quiz (this will be great for certain competitions)
- AI generate quiz questions or surveys (this will be a game changer)

As more ideas come, I will share. I also hope you guys dont add more features and tie it into a new pricing leaving out LTD users (I have seen this dishonesty with few products on Appsumo). By the way, your roadmap looks promising.
