Since 19 months I am looking for a way to get customers via online form.

This is ideal for customers who are starting their own business as a 2nd leg and can't make a phone call or write a private email in the store during the day. Or for entrepreneurs who don't have time during the day.

The two examples helped me to create my first own online form.

So far I discovered only one unattractive thing: The umlauts in words, like ä,ö are displayed unattractively in the result PDF.

I am still discovering how to get the CSV result table.
And I'm still testing why the background image has a bad quality or is warped when uploading. That's why I left the background white. It would be great if I could customize the look to my corporate colors - with the background image.

The setting to show one question after the next is ideal for the new customer. The customer is not slain with a catalog of questions right at the beginning.

Thanks Urmi and Formly team for the opportunity. Now, as a sole proprietor, I have been given another avenue for customer acquisition. This gives me time for core activities in my business.
