I bought this app a while ago and finally got around to using it, and I was very impressed. It does exactly what it promises to do. It makes it easy to create forms. It makes it easy to add sophisticated logic, to create all types of conditional branching. The forms themselves look clean and well-designed. It's easy to hook up my own company branding.

One feature (that's new) that was particularly impressive – it collects partial responses. I had almost 60 full responses to my first form (a poll), and almost 25 partial responses that gave me very valuable information that would have otherwise been lost.

There are a lot of additional features that I haven't used yet, but they look quite powerful (e.g. score calculation, sending PDF results to participants, and more).

Highly recommend this app. It's so well done, I even find myself looking for excuses to make a form – because the app makes it so easy and fun!
