Before I purchased the Individual Plan, the Style Editor clearly told me:

“Upgrade to the Individual Plan to remove FormRobin branding”

This is the only reason I upgraded. After paying, there is no option anywhere to remove the branding. On top of that, I later found a support reply saying branding removal is not available on the Individual Plan and might only come in a future, more expensive Agency Plan.

You cannot tell users inside the product that upgrading will remove branding and then not provide that feature after they pay. That is not a small UX issue. It is a serious mismatch between what is promised and what is delivered.

This is especially not acceptable because this is not some random vibe-coded platform. This is an AppSumo Original, which should set the standard for clarity, honesty, and reliability in its messaging.

No offense at all. I am actually a big fan of AppSumo and genuinely wish you all the best.

Right now, as a paying customer, this feels misleading, and I cannot recommend it until this is resolved.
