An absolute gem of an app! They have beautiful forms in a variety of formats, which is exactly what I was looking for - not just the presentation like format but also. a standard survey look. The interface is killer! It is very modern and simple to use, I would recommend it.

Hopefully, they will continue to invest in it, as I believe it's promising! Would be great to have the ability to add team members so they could help collect the results/reponses of the forms as well as some integrations.
