A: Hello,
No, this tool can’t create AI-powered directories like that. It’s not built for generating or managing full directory platforms.

Hi, can I limit storage for individual widgets or clients? Can I purchase additional storage in the future?

A: Hello,

Yes, if you’re using White Label you can set storage limits per client account. It’s not possible to limit storage per widget or per project.

And yes, you can always add more storage later. The lifetime deal includes 15 GB, and you can add more with a separate subscription without affecting your current LTD deal.

Q: 2 Questions

Sorry to be so thick, as they say... but I need some clarification.

1) Are the views per month divided amoung the projects/websites? i.e. tier 1 = 2,500 views per month per website? OR is it based on the individual widget active on a website and parsed per view across all projects/websites?

2) GB Assetts - Assuming this means Gigabytes of media (pictures, etc.) and assuming you store the data...

A: Hello, Thanks for the questions.

1) Views are shared across all your widgets and all your projects. They are not per website. Tier 1 gives you 250,000 views per month total, not 2,500

2) Yes, assets means media like images, videos, audio. We only count storage if you upload files directly to the widget. If you use your own media library and just paste the asset link, it does not count toward...

Q: Client acces to widgets

Hello. I have the following usage scenario. I created a website for a client. I inserted 2 widgets on his pages - a blog and a Facebook widget. Is there a possibility for the client to edit the widget to add articles to the blog? The client does not have to edit the Facebook widget. Is it possible to give the client access to only edit the blog widget - adding articles - and if so, how do I proceed? What Tier level is required for this? Thank you for your answer.

A: Yes, that’s possible.

Create a separate project for the blog widget. Go to the widget details page, click “Move To” and select that project. Then open the project, go to the “Team” section and invite your client by email.

Once they log in, they will see that shared project only and can edit the blog widget, like adding articles. They won’t have access to your other widgets.

No specific Tier...

Q: Use existing account email for new ltd purchase

Hey guys, I think I may have signed up right before you came back to HapSumo. I really try and consolidate all my accounts under my business email. Is there a way to use that email even though I already started a subscription outside the LTD?

Let me know if there are any workarounds or how that process would work, please. Really appreciate it. Thank you.

A: Hello,

Yes, you can use the same email without any issue. When you activate your LTD, your existing subscription will remain active and separate, but your total credits will be combined (subscription + Lifetime Tier).

If you later cancel your subscription and it expires, your LTD will continue to work normally.
