ggd108Q: Hi, There is no DELETE option for uploaded video mean once Tier storage limit reached mean we won't be able to use your app?
At present trying to process one 30 sec video but nothing happening for an hour and only shows "Our GenAI algorithms are working and will take a couple of minutes", is everything working OK?

Thank you for reaching out. We had some internal server issue . It is now resolved and you should be able to process and access your projects now. If you face any further challenge, kindly reach out to us at hello@fourie.ai.
We will add the delete functionality very soon on our platform using which you would be able to delete the projects directly using the platform. Hope this addresses your questions. Let me know if you have any further questions, always happy to help :)
