A: Previously, some users took advantage of the AppSumo refund policy by requesting refunds almost every month and repurchasing, creating a loophole for potential abuse. To address this, we no longer accept returning users. Our data revealed that these users typically do not remain active and, in some cases, use multiple AppSumo accounts to exploit the system.
