Q: Poor Documentation / App settings ...
Hi,
I've bought this deal and feeling lost. For contact I have to install the Telegram App first, really?
You promise a high-class product (regular 69 dollars / month) and nowhere are you given step-by-step instructions on how to proceed as a beginner?
Last YouTube video on your channel is 4 years old, a lot of them only ~1 minute long!
Questions I have i.e.:
Can I deselect notifications for all crypto currencies?
Can I select only specific stocks that I want to watch?
What does the details inside the "Analysis" tab mean? And btw. writing black on a really dark background for neutral values isn't a good idea...
Why do you only show the abbreviations of all brands? Is it to hard to show the full name for a better / faster overview of the list?
I'm really disapointed of the overall quality of this product (not rating the signals here).

2. Activation & Instructions: You’ll receive an activation email with access to our knowledge base. It appears you haven’t received it yet—please check your inbox or spam folder.
3. Analysis Tab Purpose: This tab is designed to monitor major cryptocurrency trading pairs in the market.
4. Symbols vs. Abbreviations: We use standardized symbols (not abbreviations) consistently across the platform, same thing is used everywhere.
5. UI Customization: The app supports both dark and light modes—your preference can be adjusted in settings. The dark mode features white text on a black background for readability. To date, we haven’t received complaints about the UI, and the UI will stay the same as long as the app exist.
6. Refund Option: If the app doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re welcome to request a refund.

What about this: "Can I select only specific stocks that I want to watch?"
I don't want to receive crypto signales, only normal stocks.
I have no issues in generell with the UI, just black text on dark gray background, that is simply not fine for good contrast. Why not improve?
