Poor support, not able to activate product
I purchased this a few days ago, followed the instructions but my account still hasn't been activated. Contacted again but still not heard anything back. Just asks me to upgrade. Probably be refunding as this doesn't bode well.
UPDATE
Yes someone has now responded to email and account activated.
It's only just started working today, after someone emailed me back. All I had was an initial automated email two days ago to say an agent would contact me to activate the account within 24 hours. Never had anyone contact me until now and I never received an activation email either (I also checked in spam).
