I’m sorry for the bugs and for leaving you waiting for support.

These updates are now live:

• Appearance: fixed saving of widget settings, including resetting colors and position to their defaults. Choose your settings under Widget Look, click Save theme, then reload your website.
• Renaming: there is now a pencil beside the agent name. This changes the dashboard label without changing the voice, brand instructions or knowledge.
• Recreation: the checks now use current database records, so deleted records cannot reserve a website or consume an agent slot through a stale entry. If you create a replacement agent, install its new Embed Code.

I tested the saved appearance on the live widget on desktop and mobile, verified renaming after reload, and checked deletion/recreation.

I also found a support email matching the earlier voice-setup issue in Spam and restored it to the inbox. I’m sorry it was missed. Human support is still through [email protected]; I’ve noted the request for chat support, but don’t have a release date to promise.

Please refresh your Foyer dashboard to get the updated controls. If anything still fails, reply to the existing support thread with the current agent name so I can check that setup directly.
