1. Answer Engine Bot is amazing, I feel this is a core module of the Frase but answering 100 questions in a month is a way too less, even a single visitor will consume minimum 5 to 6 questions. I believe you need to rework on limits for both LTD and Regular Audience.
2. Required more chat integrations like Dashly, Erxes, Slack or web-hook/API to connect any particular tool we want.
3, An integration to Google Doc as an add-on helps a lot.
