I'm pretty mad right now because I was having a great time putting together an article, it was almost finished and then I was like hmmm I wonder what happens if i click "paste content brief" the big green button there....well WHAT HAPPENS IS IT ERASES YOUR ENTIRE DOCUMENT WITH NO WAY TO UNDO THE ACTION. So yeah, that sucked. I had just written several paragraphs from scratch too, so that was my own creative work, vanished. No support chat, either. There should at least be some sort of warning pop-up. No UNDO? Who the fig makes an editor with no undo button?

general review:
Pros:
-Documents are easy to create
-the editor seems to load fast
-crawls seem accurate and fast
-questions engine is pretty fun
-content maps are lovely but seem like they don't really take in very much data

Cons:
-No undo button/very easy to destroy your whole doc in a single click
-No live support in the app at all (surprising considering they are mid launch atm)
-No storage for past docs? We can only have 30 docs for $59, and I don't want to pay double just to be able to keep old docs in there. The limit should be 30 NEW docs a month, not 30 docs total existing in the thing. Or do I just misunderstand that one?
-Answers bot was hilariously useless for my niche websites. Useless, basically. and especially with only HubSpot as email capture integration? Why??
