This tool is EVERYTHING
I've been blogging for years. Until recently, I never cared about SEO or trying to rank in search results. But once I started digging into the complex ecosystem that is "SEO", I realized I needed to pay way more attention to the content of my articles. There are tools like SEMRush that do things similar to Frase, but they're SO expensive. If you're cobbling together a set of SEO tools on a budget, that's just not affordable. Frase was the answer and that's not even what I bought it for!
The thing that drew me to Frase was the Answer Assistant. I've always wanted one of those little chat bubble auto-responders on my site but I never realized the power of having one—not just for incoming traffic (answering questions, access to chat) but for my own SEO research. What are visitors looking for? What is my site missing? The Answer Assistant is DELIGHTFUL and a powerful tool. You can train it on what specific articles to suggest and you can hook it up with a chat service (Drift is free if all you want is the chat agent itself).
But even beyond how freaking awesome the Answer Assistant is? The power of Frase's SEO content creation tools. My first try at creating a "document" left me a little confused (every time you click a question, it creates a document, which hit my limit pretty fast), but I realized there are so many ways to use documents that I wasn't taking advantage of the full power of the tool. Knowing what my competitors are saying (and what keywords they're using) in other articles helped me quickly and easily understand where to add or cut my own content, and what keywords needed to have more explicit presence.
If you're a content creator, especially a solopreneur who handles all the jobs alone, Frase is a must have. The 1-code 30 document limit is totally enough unless you put out more than one article a day. If you're confused about how the document system works, watch a few tutorials on youtube (or the webinar). This tool will blow your mind.
I would like to have a ConvertKit Integration (because I hate Zapier and I don't use Hubspot) but for now I can work around that with creative Answer Assistant structuring.
Extra suggestions: Pair Frase with Drift (free chat to interface with the Answer Assistant), then use a (less expensive) SEO tool like Mangools paired with SEO Math Wordpress plugin (free), and you'll have a pretty inexpensive and extremely powerful set of SEO tools without paying the big bucks for something like SEMRush.
