First of all, I want to congratulate the frase.io team for coming up with this great tool and a great deal. Though I like this tool and compared some content briefs across platforms like clearscope, surferseo and frase, I didn't see any difference,frase matched to them 90% of the time.but but there are a few bugs I would like to mention.
First, The full access link of the content editor was not working later it was fixed.
Second, To get a clear and precise brief you need to select the content sources but the issue with frase is , it doesn't save the content source once you have selected certain sources and saved it. But the next time you open the document you will find the default the sources. Its a real pain to select the source everytime.
Third, I didn't like their support, they say the reply to tickets in 24hours but my ticket has been submitted for more than 48hours still no reply. Their online support doesn't reply even if they seem to be online...I really don't like when any agency treats their customers that way.
