Q: Google Ads

Please help me to solve this problem, I have disconnected several times, reconnected and reconnected again and again.

"This Google Ads Account is already connected to another domain name. Please select a different account."

A: Hello VincenteU.

We added the ability to connect multiple Google Ads accounts to a single domain name, however, we are still working on ability to connect the same Google Ads account to multiple domains.

It's on our roadmap and it's a very high priority for after the holidays, but we need a bit more time before we can make it...

Q: API - Coming This Week

As are head's up, we are launching our public APIs this week (available via Zapier).

This will allow you to import your Fraud Blocker data directly to your own client dashboards so you can monitor all of your marketing activity in a single location, among other use cases.

Details will arrive via email and I'll also share here.

Q: 🐛 BUG Update #4

We are still working through a couple bugs.

Thanks for bringing all of them to our attention; it's very helpful. Keep 'em coming!

Here's an update:

1) Meta Connections
Some users still receive an "Invalid Parameter" error when attempting to connect certain Ad Sets. Some are also not seeing all of their active Ad Sets. This is our top priority.

2) "Good" Facebook Crawlers
We will be making a change to these IPs to reduce confusion in reports.

2) Google MCC Connections
Our volumes have returned to normal. If you had issues before please try again.

3) Other improvements
Users have other recommendations such as removing GA connections after deleting domain names, adding a Facebook remove option, clarifying error messages in a few places, etc.

Note: we also add "Service Alerts" inside our webapp to provide the latest updates as well.

A: I appreciate your patience 🙏 We are working on all of them and they will get resolved.

Also, our API is still on schedule for later this month. Once it's live we'll send out an email, but you'll also see a new "API Key" tab in the "Account" area of our webapp.

Q: What is the timeline for this feature? Same Google Ads Account connected to multiple domains?

Note: we currently do not allow connecting of multiple domain names to the same Google Ads account and we are working on releasing this feature soon.

We updated our roadmap and it reflect that this would be shortly after the new year. We are prioritizing our API launch for the few remaining weeks of this year (along with email reports, new currencies, and some key bug fixes).

Q: 👉 Update from Fraud Blocker

Hello all.

Our deal ended this past Friday and I want to share a couple updates:

1) 🪙 NEW CURRENCIES - 5 new currencies are now live as requested by Sumo users - PLN, MYR, KRW, RON, IDR. We are updating to international formatting later this week (periods/comma switches)

2) 🙋‍♂️ CUSTOMER SERVICE - We are still a bit behind unfortunately. We have been very busy but we will get to every question so please forgive any delays (we were the #1 selling app in Oct).

3) 🐛 BUGS - Some users are experiencing a "Failed to Fetch" issue for when connecting Meta. We are working on it. A separate error that occurs when connecting MCCs will also improve now that our deal has ended and invite volumes return to normal.
