A: I'm afraid most of these ad networks that you wish to use don't allow IP exclusions so there isn't really a manual way to use them (such as copy and pasting our list of bad IP addresses).

Once our feature is live, we'll be using audience exclusions for them instead. Think of this as tracking a remarketing audience that visits your website, but it's a group of bad users/bots that we automatically excluded from your audience targeting (instead of IP addresses).
