Q: Google Ads

Please help me to solve this problem, I have disconnected several times, reconnected and reconnected again and again.

"This Google Ads Account is already connected to another domain name. Please select a different account."

Thanks!

A: Hello VincenteU.

We added the ability to connect multiple Google Ads accounts to a single domain name, however, we are still working on ability to connect the same Google Ads account to multiple domains.

It's on our roadmap and it's a very high priority for after the holidays, but we need a bit more time before we can make it available.

Yes ok Mike but I have now connected the wrong domain :-(, how do I reset it so that I can connect the right domain? Thanks very much!

You should just be able to go to the wrong domain and select "Disconnect This Account" and then go to the correct domain > sign in to Google again > then select "Connect This Account."

It may be easier to email us since I can't post photos here or see details on your exact issue.

I deleted the site and then added the new one. That wasn't very clever, was it? What should I do now?

It's possible you were connected to the deleted one and that caused the issue. But you're all set now based on our email conversation with our team.

Note to others reading this: we have resolved his issue.
