Q: If you delete a domain from fraud-blocker, let's say a client does not pay anymore for the service, what ...
happens with the blocked ips, and other blocks? They can keep the optimizations done in their Google ads account?

May 15, 2024A: If a user doesn't pay, we no longer send bad IPs to their Google Ads account. Our service effectively ends. This is also the case if they hit their limit of ad clicks before the month ends.
They can still access their dashboard to see old reporting data but that data is eventually deleted from our servers after a period of time (I believe around 180 days). If they restart their service before the data is deleted, then the fraud scoring would still be intact and they could restart quicker than a user with fresh data.
Let me know if that's not clear.
