Click Fraud Threshold not working.
Here is my honest review of Fraud Blocker: I had high hopes for this software, especially since I had been using clickcease for the past three years and was satisfied with it. However, my main concern lies with the level of support provided. As an agency that spends a significant amount of money on ads each month and as a License Tier 5 customer, I expected a higher level of support.
Unfortunately, in some of the niches I operate in, we pay over $100 per click, and there is no room for any discrepancies in such a fiercely competitive environment. I configured the click fraud threshold to allow only one click per device every xx days. To my dismay, I discovered that the software does not even block users who click multiple times, rendering the click threshold ineffective. Consequently, we continue to waste money on fraudulent clicks.
I reached out to Mike directly through the intercom system, providing screenshots, but it has been 48 hours without any response. In frustration, I sent another email to info@fraudblocker.com, and even after 24 hours, I have yet to receive a reply. Considering that this software is meant to protect my financial interests, the lack of timely support has likely resulted in significant financial losses.
Please take my feedback into consideration, as I believe improvements in customer support are crucial for the success of Fraud Blocker.
