Companies that don't provide service, fail

I like many people need and want a product that saves us money on digital advertising fraud, which is why so many people here chose to purchase this product. To be honest there is not much to set up and so it should be a straightforward process. The instructions on the site are clear, but just because you have clear instructions, does not mean the software works. I have been trying to set up my connection with Google Ads for over a week. I wrote to the company and I organized a 15 minute video meeting, which then got cancelled on me. They told me they preferred I talk to Mike and they gave me a link to book with him the following day. Just before my meeting was to be held, this meeting was also cancelled without explanation.
I have seen on nearly every issue here, the response is that you are the top sales product on Appsumo, but that's because we need a product like this in our businesses. I would suggest on the lack of service you will also be the highest in refunds on Appsumo. As the reviews seemed to be mixed here, I would suggest testing this product. Do not accept that they are saving you money because their dashboard says so. You will find reviews here of people actually checking the software and not getting a result that has been claimed. Fraudblocker has 2 days to fix my situation or I will be like I am sure many others to come, will be refunding my hard-earned dollars.

Hello.

I don't push back often but this review is not a fair representation of our efforts and service and is unnecessarily harmful.

I personally canceled your meeting today.

You had scheduled both calls for 6pm CST (on Halloween night and then on Friday night) and I kindly asked to move our call to Monday in the cancelation memo to you.

Our deal ended TODAY and we are a little behind on customer service after an extremely busy 2 week promotion.

A message on our chat service states service times are delayed and I've posted here on AppSumo the same message.

It is also unfair to comment on the performance of a service you aren't even using yet.

We can certainly do better (and we will), but please be kind and respectful. And remember, AppSumo is still a place for start ups and younger companies. We're not a fortune 500 business and we don't have unlimited resources to provide instant support or development work. Until then we must prioritize and focus until the day that we are.

We will look to reschedule with you for Monday.
