Please: Focus to improve.
Love the app BUT priorities first:
1. Ineffectiveness in Detecting Fraudulent Clicks:
- Ineffective click threshold; does not block multiple clicks.
- Inaccurate results and unexplained fluctuations in reported fraudulent clicks.
2. Limited Integration and Configuration:
- Difficulties with Facebook integration.
- Inability to disconnect Google accounts for testing.
3. Lack of Comparative Features:
- Missing features compared to ClickCease (competitor analysis, session recordings).
- Limitations in protection for Facebook and Microsoft ads.
4. Issues with Click Configuration:
- Click threshold settings are ineffective.
- Confusion regarding the impact of configurations on ad campaigns.
6. Inaccurate Reporting:
- Lack of precise data on visitor location and devices.
- Inconsistencies in reports that create distrust.

Oct 21, 2024Hello Gar.
Thanks for your comments as well. A couple thoughts on your comments are below.
I hope we can earn 5 tacos from you in the future!
1. Ineffectiveness in Detecting Fraudulent Clicks:
Much of this has to do with our speed-to-block and we need to improve this. This is why some clicks exceed our click threshold.

2. Limited Integration and Configuration:
Yep. We have this in Beta because there are a long list of edge cases with connecting. We're on it. I'll add a Google oAuth disconnect.
3. Lack of Comparative Features:
We're aware of this, but we're working on an email scoring feature that I think can be a big differentiator from them and a big win for our clients.
4. Issues with Click Configuration:
See comment on #1. We can certainly improve confusion around impact. Good comment.
6. Inaccurate Reporting:
I'd love to hear specifics if you wished to set up a call with us. Otherwise I'll look to work on this.
Best,
-Mike
