Banned IPs are sent near instantly to your Google Ads account.

If they weren't, then it's likely a setup issue, such as not accepting permissions when you first connected (many people skip that on accident!).

As I mentioned to other commenters, we have been the #1 selling app on AppSumo every day since we launched so customer service is a bit difficult at the moment, but we're working through every ticket and question.
