2) if I invite a client to my project then it will be counted as a user?

A: 1) CRM contacts are different than Project Manager users?

For now - yes.

2) if I invite a client to my project then it will be counted as a user?

Yes unless you invited a customer as Guest or Read-Only user

3) How do we charge finished task from a client using the report of the same finished task and adding the Timesheet

You can pull time tracking records to create an invoice add rate and email it to a client from Freedcamp.

1) for now, YES
since you said YES, it means you will be adding a contact as Customer across the projects so what is the rough timeline here?

2) currently, we are using Perfex CRM and each client we have complete statements, that how much they spend in a month, or a year, pending payments, etc, you know the basic accounting information.

"For Now, Yes"

That seems a little scary - are you saying one day the CRM leads might need to become users?? That would seem unlikely but would appreciate if you would explain what you mean, thanks

I can not provide ETA - sorry about that

It will probably be better to integrate via Zapier for now. We are happy to add extra actions, triggers or searches required.

I am saying that you will be able to add a contact to CRM and later (optionally) invite them to projects and see their tasks, projects in this case in CRM

OR

Invite a customer to a projects and later, optionally, add that customer to CRM and see their tasks, projects in this case in CRM.

Freedcamp users you granted access to CRM will be able to see CRM info for that customer when inside a project or projects associated with a customer they have access to in CRM. For example, you have:

A - a staff member who has access to projects X and Y and CRM
B - customer on CRM and associated with projects X, Y, T, and Q

A will see B in CRM linked to X and Y but not projects Q and T, A has no access to.
