If you worry - skip this offer. This is what I would do. If you are into CRM - look into Basecamp Hey CRM. They clearly stated that they are building CRM by building first top-notch email client.
Q: Also - I see there is a Gmail integration - but is it correct that I cannot send emails from the CRM aspect of this tool direct to clients?
Any plans to incorporate this or is there a workaround?
Thats a shame - seems crazy though when so many of the competitor tools do this - it makes the system way more powerful and so without this its no good for me I'm afraid.

Zapier is fine, but I needed to understand if the invoice created in your system could essentially then create it within Xero via zap - we run our accounts on Xero and so the two talking to each other are important
