A: We have just released updated version of Milestones application which allows you to keep task lists organized by say design, development and add tasks from different task lists to a milestone which can work as a sprint. New Milestones application also has Kanban view available as a part of re-launch and Gantt view is coming soon for milestones.

We @freedcamp right now use Task lists as sprints but most likely will switch to milestones soon.

You can use custom fields https://bit.ly/2NskXSX to add points to your tasks and use tags.

You can use Epic as a task list, task as a story with unlimited nested subtasks below, milestones as your sprint. The only thing to remember - right now you can not add subtasks to milestones - only tasks can be added.
