Does the CRM module link to projects? In my business, after a customer is won, I need to see all the projects done for that customer. I could not tell from the help file whether that is possible or not.

Not done yet but in the roadmap. You should be able to open CRM and tell your customer how his/her projects are doing and they will be delayed because customer failed to complete his tasks on time and actually has 3 tasks now overdue ....\u000a\u000aThis is a beauty of having CRM inside PM tool and sorry we are moving slower than our customers would love we to.
