SumoProQ: I noticed that users who are assigned a task will receive email notifications regarding a project status and any changes as expected.
But a project owner will not receive these notifications, even if they are assigned the same task. Is this intentional?

Please contact support as I suggested. I can not see what are your email settings here and we will waste a lot of time trying to speak hypothetically here ;)
I have also checked my notification settings and have confirmed that these are set for daily notifications and my project notification settings are set to full.
We do not send you email notifications on your own actions. If this is not the case, please https://freedcamp.com/Freedcamp_LxR/Freedcamp_Devel_yOf/wiki/wiki_public/view/Xgaab giving us an example and we will look into it.
