I was looking more closely at this and then found your suggested features on your website in the footer - only to find that of the suggestions - soooo many are not even responded to or acknowledged. This worries me as it tells me requests or suggestions from your userbase are not really a focus for your business? Is this so? Hopefully I am wrong
Also - I see there is a Gmail integration - but is it correct that I cannot send emails from the CRM aspect of this tool direct to clients? Any plans to incorporate this or is there a workaround?
